  I had a bad experience with this store which started out with a restyle event and, ended up with insisting on a refund. Jason the store manager was great and helpful (I even bought a bracelet I had that he admired for him to give to his wife) however, when I wanted to show my husband what I had picked out Jason went on vacation and I had to deal with Michelle one of the worst salesladies I have ever come encounter with. She was so lazy she would not even take what I picked out to show my husband out of the plastic bag!!! REALLY, you want me to purchase something and you can't even take it out of the bag?? I even called with some concerns and she just brushed them off! I think if she wasn't involved things would have ended better. Jason when I went in to get my refund could not even man up and look at me or help me he had someone else handle it! Think twice! K Casey

  I have always had a pleasant experience at Ashcroft and Oak. Jason always helps my dad and I out and makes sure that whatever we need is taken care of. He’s also a really nice guy to talk to and makes sure we are satisfied with our purchases! Thanks Jason for helping resize my grandma’s ring! You guys rock. We really appreciate it!
