  YP owner is rude and told me, my husband and our 3 kids that we “could freeze”. All because we asked them to price match a competitors quote (which was 55 cents cheaper!!!). We are talking hundreds of dollars if we fill our tank. The owner told my husband he was “causing trouble” and “being cocky” because he questioned why his propane price was so much higher. Told him we are “bad customers”. Unprofessional, and definitely has no compassion for my 3 kids who he told to freeze. That comment alone speaks volumes about his character. Needless to say, YP is coming to get their tank, and AmeriGas, who is savings us hundreds of dollars, will be here Thursday. Leaving us with no heat for 2 days. Real classy, YP.
